Teen DBT Support & Skills Group

Teen DBT Support & Skills Group

Being a teenager can feel like a lot. Big emotions, complicated friendships, school stress, family conflict, and the pressure to figure everything out can sometimes feel overwhelming.

This ongoing group gives teens a supportive, judgment-free space to connect with others, talk about what they’re going through, and learn practical skills they can actually use in everyday life.

Using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, teens will learn how to:

  • 🌱 Better understand and manage intense emotions
  • 🧠 Handle stress and difficult situations without feeling overwhelmed
  • 💬 Navigate friendships, conflict, and communication
  • ❤️ Build healthier relationships with themselves and others
  • 🛑 Respond to difficult emotions without making things worse
  • 🌤️ Get through the hard moments while building a life they enjoy

No need to have everything figured out—and no need to be “good at therapy.” Just come as you are. This is a space to feel understood, learn alongside other teens, and leave with skills that can make the tough stuff a little more manageable.
