“the RESTART program was just exactly what I needed. Having a coach and a group of like-minded peers to buoy you through the tough patches was invaluable. I was amazed at how much better I felt after just five short weeks; I cannot wait to see how I feel in the months and years to come now that I’ve been armed with the tools for success. The most difficult part of the program was simply having the courage to join in the first place! I would highly recommend the RESTART program to any person who wants to improve the quality of their life.”

“I was definitely hesitant to commit to the RESTART program because sugar was a big part of my daily diet, especially chocolate. But I knew I needed to make some changes and start eating better. And I’m thrilled that I did it. It was hard, but definitely manageable. I learned a lot throughout the program and have made some life long changes to what I eat and how I prepare my food. I noticed an immediate difference in my sleep – no more insomnia. My sugar cravings lessened and I realized I was eating and enjoying foods that I previously thought I didn’t like. At the end of the 5 weeks the biggest change I noticed was the decrease in weight/fat around my mid section. After the 5 weeks I was actually able to take off a pair of pants without unbuttoning or unzipping them! I would recommend RESTART to anyone even you don’t think you’re eating too much sugar and processed foods. What will you learn and take away from the program could be life changing.”
